The DevOps Professional: Enable and Scale training course is designed to build on the foundational knowledge of DevOps, and expand on the four key skill areas that are essential for successful DevOps implementation.
The course is aligned with the DevOps Agile Skills Association (DASA) and focuses on the four skill areas: courage, teambuilding, leadership, and continuous improvement. These skills are necessary for creating and sustaining a culture of collaboration, communication, and innovation in a DevOps environment.
Participants will learn how to develop the skills required to enable and scale DevOps practices across the organization. They will also learn how to identify areas for improvement and how to implement changes that lead to increased efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The course includes practical exercises, case studies, and group discussions, all designed to reinforce the learning objectives and provide hands-on experience.
